Dare’s Cards & Collectibles

• 14-day returns accepted from delivery date

• Items must be returned in original condition

• Graded cards are final sale, unless materially different from the listing

• No returns for buyer’s remorse, market value changes, grading outcomes, or condition clearly shown in photos

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping; original shipping is non-refundable

• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

• Refunds issued to the original payment method after inspection

This policy complies with applicable California consumer protection laws and does not limit rights that cannot be waived.
