  • Graded cards are sold based on the independent grading company’s assessment

  • Payment is required in full before orders are processed

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason

4. Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected where required by law, based on the buyer’s shipping address and applicable California tax regulations.

5. Shipping

Shipping times, methods, and responsibilities are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Graded cards are final sale, unless materially different from the listing

Orders may not be canceled once they have been shipped. Requests to cancel prior to shipment are not guaranteed and may be subject to a processing fee.
